A few Boise gems worth sharing…

THE BOISE GUIDE — 5-MINUTE HOTLIST (July 1st)
Your cheat sheet to Boise from Katie at @theboiseguide

Happy July! I've rounded up a few things I'm excited about this week—from new restaurants and unique experiences to fun finds and local favorites. I hope you find something to add to your summer bucket list! ☀️

🍔 New burger + whiskey spot on the Boise Greenbelt!

Boise has a new burger spot to add to your list! Ground Rules just opened in Garden City with smashed burgers, crispy fries, frozen drinks, whiskey-forward cocktails, and a fun patio that's perfect for summer.

It's from the same team behind Descanso and Spitfire and is located at The Boardwalk.

⚽ VIP Tour of the Boise Athletic Club

I recently got a tour of Athletic Club Boise and learned so many fun facts about Idaho's first professional soccer team.

From tickets starting at just $10 to one of the highest-quality playing surfaces in the world, there's a lot more to this club than meets the eye.

Plus, a women's professional team is coming next year!

🕯️Elevated date night experience

If you're looking for a date night that feels like an experience, El Gaucho is hard to beat. Think live piano music, tableside Caesar salads and Bananas Foster, incredible steaks, and all the little touches that make a celebration feel extra special.

Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, or any excuse to dress up and enjoy a memorable night out. We celebrated buying a new house and this was the perfect spot!

🍦Ice Cream spots you need to try before summer is over

Boise summer = ice cream season!

Here are a few spots to add to your summer bucket list, including soft serve, homemade scoops, local favorites, and the iconic ice cream potato at Westside Drive In.

Boise has some really fun dessert spots once the weather warms up ☀️

♨️ Traditional Finnish Sauna Experience

I finally tried @sisuidaho and now I totally get the hype.

Their contrast therapy combines a traditional Finnish sauna with cold plunges for a relaxing (and definitely challenging!) experience that leaves you feeling refreshed.

Whether you go solo or with friends, it's such a unique way to slow down and reset.
